Step 1. Add Flip video files to the program

Click "File" button on the main menu then you'll see a drop-down list. Please select "Add Video" item then select the Flip videos you want to add to the program one by one, or you can select "Add Folder" to add multiple files to the program at one time. Or you can click "Add Video" on the toolbar to open the "Select Video File" window to add Flip videos to the program.

Click the drop-down arrow right beside the "Profile" button and you'll see a drop-down list. Please select "Apple Intermediate Codec (AIC) (*.mov)" from "iMovie and Final Cut Express" category. You also can input "MOV" in the quick search box then select "iMovie and Final Cut Express > Apple Intermediate Codec (AIC) (*.mov)" as the output format.
