Part 1. Refund Will Be Approved
AnyMP4 provides a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. Order cannot be cancelled after the expiry of 30 days.
Please note that the 30-day Money Back Guarantee is not an unconditional refund guarantee. Refunds will be available in the following circumstances:
A. Refund requirement caused by purchasing issues
1. Purchase the wrong product(s) by mistake, which has already been followed by the correct purchase from our company immediately. AnyMP4 will refund the wrong purchase(s) if customer requires it.
2. Purchase the same product twice at the same time and have no desire to exchange any other product from our company. AnyMP4 will refund one of them.
B. Refund requirement caused by registration information
1. Wrong registration information is sent to customer due to some reason which prevents consumer from completing the conversion task normally. Furthermore, customer has no further need of the software. After confirmation of all these situations, AnyMP4 will perform refund as customer requires.
2. Customer does not receive the registration code in the mailbox within 24 hours after the purchase, and has not get a timely reply from AnyMP4 Support Team within 48 hours after contacting the customer service. In that case, AnyMP4 will refund customer if customer demands.
C. Refund requirement caused by product problem
If it is proved that it exists the serious technical problems in our product by our support specialist and no solutions has been provided within 30 days, AnyMP4 will perform the refund, if the customer is not meant to for further upgrade or solutions. AnyMP4 will refund as requested.
Refund Note:
As our product is virtual software, and once we sent, we can't get back the registration code. Moreover, we do not know whether customer has used registration code or not. As a result, if customer insists on refund, we will deduct 20% of the purchased price as fee. Thank you for your understanding.
Part 2. No Refund will Be Given
If you come across one or more of the following situations, we will offer no refunds.
A. Refund requirement caused by purchasing issues
1. Customer refund request on complaint of credit card or other unauthorized payment. Cooperating with the third-party payment platform, AnyMP4 gets no way to monitor authorization during payment. If there's any suspicion of credit card fraud or other unauthorized payment, please contact the card issuers immediately to resolve the matter. Once an order is processed and complete, it can't be cancelled.
However, AnyMP4 will exchange the purchased product for another one if customer would like.
2. If customer purchases wrong product from our website, and then purchases so-called correct product from another company, we won't perform refund.
3. If customer purchases the wrong product due to a lack of understanding of the product features, AnyMP4 will not refund.
However, AnyMP4 can replace the wrong purchased product with the correct one on the condition that price difference between the products is less than $20, if customer can contact AnyMP4 within 48 hours after the wrong purchase.
4. A refund request due to price change or purchase from promotion campaigns will not be accepted.
5. Customer has a 'change of mind' after purchase. Such kind of refund will not be accepted.
B. Refund requirement caused by registration information
1. Registration failure of the software is caused by customer's wrong operation, and the registration information is proved to be valid. We cannot perform the refund based on customer's requirement.
2. While encountering the technical problems in using purchased products, customer refuses to cooperate with AnyMP4 Support Team to provide necessary description, screenshots and files regarding the problem, or rejects the proposed solutions we provide. On that occasion, a refund request will be refused.
C. Refund requirement caused by product problem
1. For the protection of digital copyright, our products CANNOT meet customer's needs to convert files purchased from iTunes or other places. We won't perform refund if customer requires it, as we have already made the clear statement towards this issue on our website.
2. Neither reading the product introduction on our website nor trying product before buy, customer who took for granted that the product can meet his need and purchased it, and then found that the product does not yet meet. Under the circumstance, we won't perform refund such a customer.
3. Customer purchases the wrong version of the software which can't be supported by his computer after reading the clear cue, for example, Mac user purchase Windows version software, we won't perform refund. If we have the similar software that can meet customer's needs, we would like to exchange the product for customer.
4. Customer purchases wrong product from our affiliate or the purchased product can't meet some of customer's needs due to the wrong or blurry product description on affiliate website, we won't perform refund. Customer should contact the affiliate from which the product is purchased to seek for solution.
5. If customers run into the technical problems after software update, but the order has exceeded the period of validity period, we will not refund.
D. Refund requirement is made long after the purchase
AnyMP4 provides 30-day Money Back Guarantee. If a purchase exceeds period of money-back-guarantee period, no refund will be granted.
E. Refund request based on the complaint that lost data cannot be recovered completely
Please be aware that no software can guarantee 100% data recovery because the deleted/lost data can be easily damaged or overwritten. So AnyMP4 highly recommend our users try the data recovery tools before you buy. If customers demanded a refund due to the software not recovering the lost/deleted data completely, we are sorry that no refund will be given.
F. Refund request based on root issue
Things Android Data Recovery users should know:
For recovering the deleted or lost data from Android devices, you should root your Android phone firstly, then our software will get the super authority of the device to scan and find more deleted data. We don't supply this kind of root service. We will not process the refund because of the rooting failure.
